Within the framework of the EIP+ a working group will be set up with representatives of European road authorities. Furthermore, representatives of European research institutes, automobile manufacturers' and road infrastructure and service providers will be invited. The EIP+ will seek cooperation with CEDR, TISA and other representative bodies. It will also review the European Statement of Principles (ESoP 2008) of the iMobility Forum.

The main objective is determining a reduced number of structures for integrating and displaying information on full matrix electronic road signs.
The main objective is to investigate the awareness of the impact of various ITS services on driver behaviour with respect to driver distraction and road safety. During the first phase of the project an investigation will be carried out with respect to the international experience and know-how in this field, available research data and research programmes. In the second phase the collected information will be analysed and first recommendations will be made for application of Human Factors. Also recommendations will be made regarding the need for further research in this field.
